Will the replay have the same impact as live?
Absolutely! When Sonia creates these meditations they are recorded so that the energy of the original session is captured. The frequencies shared will be powerful and will have the same impact on the recording as they do live.
The only difference in the live room is you'll get a chance to be in circle with others and to ask questions of Sonia in the moment.
Will I be recorded?
No! The recording itself will only show Sonia.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Not at all. You are welcome to show up in whatever way makes you feel comfortable.
What do I need to prepare for the session?
This will be a powerful energetic journey through your Akashic Records. Please make sure you won't be disturbed for this time. It's always advised to have plenty of fresh water available before and after any energy work - and you may wish to have a journal and pen available to capture any thoughts afterwards.
What happens when I sign up below?
